***warning, this post will probably just consist of a lot of rambling, and some of the following may be things that aren't actually hobbies, i just felt like writing about them***

hobby # 1
once upon a time my roommate...ex (sigh) roommate... and i decided: we have to hike the y.  because apparently that's just a thing. like, you have to do it. (okay, okay, this decision was made like, a year ago...but...)
so we hiked it. 
so super fast and we didn't even have to take any breaks because it was such an easy hike. 

the couple behind us didn't even start after us and finish before us.
they didn't even give us pitiful looks and/or sarcastic remarks when they passed us.
well you know what !? we were enjoying the view and we are actually allowed to go slow if we want to okay !?
but hey. it was a succesful hike.
you know, once we finally found the mountain.
 
hobby # 2
speaking in a terrible french accent is so liberating sometimes.

hobby # 3
less of a hobby and more of a habit : i've been having a really hard time keeping french and english separate.

like : englishenglishenglishohmerdefrancaisenglishenglish.

also i've started using the word ameliorate. because it's basically just like the french word améliorer. and i feel so nice and sneaky when i use it, because its almost like speaking french that english people can understand. whaaaaaaat.

hobby # 4
did you know the boucher family is actually professional at taking family selfies ? my 11 year old brother is a little bit selfie obsessed and it scares me. we've created a monster...


hobby # 5
i can touch my tongue to my nose, and if you want to hear an embarrassing good story, just ask me how i acquired this skill, some time.


hobby # 6
i really like to send reallysuperrandom texts to people. mostly my (ex) roommates. and my mom. because they don't judge me. or they probably do, but they deal with it. thanks guys.

i like to give shout outs to people on my blog.
shout out to kassidy for just being kassidy.
shout out to katie who gets to go to africa in like, what 29 days ? 
shout out to my french professor who still hasn't emailed me back.
shout out to logan for listening to me complain about my patheticsociallifeproblems last week. multiple times.
shout out to cookies because cookies are delicous. 

hobby # 8
i like to eat crepes and make countdowns. sometimes at the same time, but not necessarily. 

hobby # 9
my family went to vegas and saw the blue man group and it was so super great.  i like to see shows. also i get to go see one republic on june 14 so.

hobby # 10
i like to listen to people speaking not english. specifically french, but any language will do. it's just so attractive, you know ?

hobby # 11
i like to travel and i'm going to montreal in 4 days !!

hobby # 12
i like to read and if you haven't read the fault in our stars go read it because it's amazing and where is my augustus waters, please ? and then go see the movie when it comes out because that looks amazing, too. 

hobby # 13
talking to kassidy about how nice it would be to like, have a social life, and keeping track (still with kassidy) of how long it's been since either of us went on a date.
(over a year. for both of us. woohoo.)

hobby # 14
i just appreciate belting some random lyrics sometimes, you know ? like it just feels so good.
